Admits: Open to all members of the University and the general public by appointment. Please try to allow at least 1 working day's notice so items can be fetched in readiness for your visit.
Stock: Books, periodicals, exhibition catalogues and sales catalogues relating to the fine arts, the decorative arts and antiquities. Coverage also includes conservation and museum studies. 350,000 monographs, c.500 periodical titles (both current and ceased), c.8,000 sales catalogues, 1200 microfilms.
Special collections: Pouncey bequest of annotated books and ephemera on Italian art, Chamberlain bequest of books on prints and printmaking.
Services: Wifi for Lapwing/Eduroam users. Microfilm/fiche reader-printer. Photocopier (coin-operated).
